Editorial Finestres welcomes a new label: Finestres Ensayos
A new imprint of Editorial Finestres is born dedicated to essay writing, critical thinking, reflection, and debate
September was marked by the launch of Finestres Ensayos, a new imprint of Editorial Finestres dedicated to the essay, critical thinking, reflection and debate.
The label debuts with the publication of three titles by renowned authors in the political and human rights fields: Gaza after Auschwitz, by Jaume Asens (in co-editions in Catalan with the publisher Manifest); A woman never stops fighting, by Narges Mohammadi (Nobel Peace Prize laureate) and Subverting the souls in times of resistance, by Yanis Varoufakis.
The first two titles arrive in bookstores next October 5 and its promotion is already underway: the copies have begun to be distributed among press contacts and the first presentation of Finestres Ensayos will be Gaza after Auschwitz, by Jaume Asens tomorrow, September 30, in Brussels, where the author will be accompanied by the BNG MEP Ana Miranda Paz and the journalist Martin Gak.
The new label joins the existing publishing project, Comic windows, which already has more than fifty titles published in the field of comics and graphic novels.
