The initiative has consisted of publication of a full-page advertisement in the main print media. The piece, designed by Eina Design Degree student Carla Bastard, highlights some of the main figures on the impact of the Palestinian cause and asserts the need for access to rigorous and contextualised information about the conflict.
This project has been developed within the framework of a subject coordinated by Yuri Alemany, professor of the Degree in Tool Design. For months, the students have been working on creative proposals focused on Palestinian reality, exploring the potential of design as a tool for denunciation, awareness-raising, and social transformation.
This action is the result of a collaboration agreement between Fundacions Ferrer and Eina, University Design and Art Centre of Barcelona to drive projects that connect academic training with social transformation. The agreement will allow students and young creators to participate in cultural and social initiatives promoted by the foundations, bringing new creative perspectives in areas such as culture, human rights and social justice.
The collaboration offers students the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical experience while contributing to initiatives of public interest. At the same time, Fundacions Ferrer reinforces its commitment to emerging talent and social innovation, incorporating new creative perspectives into projects such as Palestine Action and generate spaces for collaboration between education, culture, and social commitment.
